To place an order for customized pieces, you’ll need to send a vector file of your artwork to FCG. Examples of vector file types include .ai, .eps, .pdf and .svg files. If you’re unable to create a vector graphic of your artwork, Flour City Growlers is able to reformat your original image for a small fee.

FCG is able to ship orders around the country, with first time orders taking roughly 1-2 weeks to arrive. Depending on the size of your order, you may receive your shipment via USPS, UPS or truck, with the majority of orders being shrink-wrapped and delivered via commercial truck. The company pays great attention to each order, and states that they will not make promises they cannot deliver.
